We want you to be completely satisfied with CVEPing. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment — no questions asked.
To request a refund, email support@cveping.com with:
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days through Paddle, our payment processor. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings or Paddle's billing portal. After cancellation, you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, then your account is downgraded to the Free plan.
Refund: A refund returns your payment. Your account is immediately downgraded to the Free plan upon refund.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. By using CVEPing immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that the digital service begins immediately and you agree that this does not affect your 14-day refund right — we honor it regardless.
